RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
**Return Policy for KNOX Dogwear**
At KNOX Dogwear we strive to provide high-quality products that meet you and your pup’s needs. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. Here's our return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction:
1. **Return Window**: You may return or exchange any item with original tags attached within 15 days of receipt. The countdown starts the day you receive your item, as indicated by the delivery tracking system.
2. **Condition of Returns**: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags be attached.
3. **Return Shipping Costs**: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Knox Dogwear does not offer return labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. **Store Credit Only**: We offer store credit for the amount of the returned item; no direct refunds will be issued. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will then be applied to your account within a certain amount of days.
5. **Exchange Process**: If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at Hello@knoxdogwear.com and send your item to the return address provided. The new item will be shipped to you after we receive the returned item. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for exchanging items. Knox Dogwear does not offer exchange labels.
6. **Non-Returnable Items**: Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made items or those sold as final sale. These items include bed, bows, bow ties, neck bows, carries and all custom orders.
