Your KNOX & Co gear ships directly from our New York based warehouse. Knox & Co products are only available to those customers in the USA and Canada.
Please note that we do not have control over shipping delays. If you have questions about your delivery status, please do not hesitate to contact us. Possible reasons for a delay include:
1. The parcel is awaiting customs inspection in your home country
2. The parcel is awaiting space availability on the shipping aircraft
3. The parcel simply needs time to go through the system - some cities take longer to process items than others
If an error such as an incomplete address is made during the input of your order in the checkout process, KNOX Dogwear has the right to charge a fee of $25.00 for all US orders and $50.00 for all International orders in the circumstance of a parcel requiring to be re-shipped.
Canada Post Strike
In the event of a Canada Post Strike, all Canadian orders will be processed, awaiting fulfillment when the shipping option becomes available. If you place an order with a Canadian Shipping Address, our support team will contact you via email for further instructions. Please note, all wait times and delays occurred as a result of the Canada Post Strike do not fall within the allowable timeline outlined above in our Shipping Times.
